Bring Your Hustle to a Restaurant Team That Cares

The Larry Standard is not just something we say to guests. It is the way we operate as a team, every shift, every day. Our core values include integrity, respect, accountability, and a team-first mentality. We believe that when the people in the kitchen and on the floor feel valued and supported, that energy comes through in every plate we send out and every table we serve. Owner Oscar started as a dishwasher at 14 and worked his way up through every level of this industry before opening Larry's. That story is not just a talking point. It means leadership here understands what every role on the floor and in the kitchen actually involves, and we treat our team accordingly. We run a 95% scratch kitchen, which means the work is real and the craft matters. If you take pride in doing things the right way, you will fit in here.
